The Board of PAIAM is deeply saddened by the sudden and unexpected passing away of Richard Edwards QC. Richard was an outstanding lawyer, deeply immersed in the art world, a man of immense culture and profound humanity, but for us he was above all a longstanding and active member of PAIAM.
